These terms cover tours booked and gift vouchers bought through this website.

Prices and payment

  • The Autumn Signature Wine Tour costs £70 per person. The price shown is the price you pay.
  • Paid in full when you book, by card through our booking system. Bokun, our booking system, takes card payments through Stripe.
  • Online booking closes 3 days before each tour. For a later booking, email us.

Cancelling or changing your booking

  • Full charge if you cancel within 7 days of the tour. If you cancel earlier than that, we refund you, less the booking system and card processing fees.
  • Because each tour is for a specific date, the 14-day cancellation period for online purchases doesn't apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(h)).
  • To change your date, email us and we'll move you if there's space.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel, for example because of illness, a vineyard closure or severe weather, you choose a new date or a full refund, including any fees.

Weather

The tour goes ahead in rain. Both vineyards have indoor space for tasting. The walk through the vines depends on the weather on the day.

Age

Every guest must be 18 or over. The vineyards may ask for ID, and they won't serve anyone who appears to be under 18 or to have had too much to drink.

Food, allergies and access

Tell us about allergies, dietary needs or mobility needs when you book, so we and the vineyards can plan for you.

Gift vouchers

  • One voucher is one place on the Autumn Signature Wine Tour.
  • No expiry date.
  • Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that they can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • Vouchers can be passed on to someone else. Keep the code safe: anyone with it can use it.
  • The person using the voucher must be 18 or over.
  • If we cancel a tour booked with a voucher, the holder chooses a new date or a refund of what was paid for the voucher.
